Starting with pineapple
A whole Maui Gold pineapple is brought to the table family style, alongside the welcome E Komo Mai Tai.
The carving stations
Roasted luau pig and prime roast beef anchor the buffet, carved to order through the hour.
Island sides
Lomilomi salmon, hulihuli chicken and tofu poke round out the line, alongside a taro roll.
Vegan and vegetarian plates
Vegan and vegetarian plates are available on the buffet, alongside the meat and seafood dishes.
Coffee to finish
Tea and Kona coffee close out the meal before the room moves into the theatre.
Timing the plate
The buffet runs for about an hour, so there is time to go back for seconds before the show starts.
